FAQ for the CAMINO Pilot course - Intercultural Awareness in Central and Eastern European Context

Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions to help you get the most out of the course:

I didn’t receive the email with my login ID and password. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your login details, please check your spam folder first. If the email is still missing, try registering again using an email address from a different domain.

The quiz isn’t working. What can I do?

If you encounter issues with a quiz, please report them using the Evaluation Survey attached to each module. This will help our team address any technical problems efficiently.

What kind of certificate will I receive?

• If you complete a module and pass its final quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Completion that includes your name, the module title, the course title, and the workload of 6 hours.
• If you complete the entire course and all quizzes, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for the full course, which includes your name, the course title, the titles of all five modules, and a workload of 30 hours (equivalent to 3 ECTS credits).

When will certificates be available?

Certificates will be issued starting from February 5, which is halfway through the testing period.
